On behalf of ESWO staff and Board, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their contributions and continued support of our Annual Seize the Day Event!
Whether walking as an individual or team to support a family member affected by epilepsy, in memory of someone who passed away from a seizure or to raise awareness about this condition, ESWO was grateful to bring together the epilepsy community to know they are not alone in this journey. This year’s 9th Annual Seize the Day event was presented by Southside Group and held in a hybrid format where participants could join virtually or in-person in Windsor or London on Sunday, September 25, 2022. Approximately 250 gathered at the Graham Family Eco Park and (together with Windsor’ event) approximately $119,650 was raised to help fund ESWO’s support and education programs! Wow! We’re grateful for the many new and returning families who joined us this year in honour or memory of someone affected by seizures and epilepsy.
Thank you to everyone for their contributions!
