2026 Walk/Run Events

Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario will host this year’s Annual Seize the Day Run/Walk in a hybrid format. Join us in-person at one of the locations listed below or participate in your own community and join us virtually.

Saturday, September 12th, 2026 at Vollmer Culture & Recreation Complex, LaSalle, ON

OR

Sunday, September 27th, 2026 at Graham Family Eco Park, London

Visit our “I’m Walking for Wall” and share a picture and your reason for participating.
