2025 Walk/Run Events

Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario will host this year’s Annual Seize the Day Run/Walk in a hybrid format. Join us in-person at one of the locations listed below or participate in your own community and join us virtually.

Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at Vollmer Culture & Recreation Complex, LaSalle, ON

OR

Sunday, September 28th, 2025 at Graham Family Eco Park, London
