On Wednesday, May 16th from 2:00-3:30pm, Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario will be hosting a free adult-colouring event, coffee-shop style with music, snacks, and supportive discussions about living with epilepsy. Colouring has many therapeutic benefits such as reducing anxiety and creating more mindfulness.  There will also be an opportunity to create cards that will be sent to patients at University Hospital. So come out and meet other individuals affected by epilepsy while creating beautiful artwork. This event will be held at 797 York Street, Unit 3.
