DESCRIPTION:Making connections and building meaningful relationships can be an important part of living a happy and healthy life. Epilepsy can sometimes pose a barrier for people and make it more challenging to establish meaningful relationships. Our virtual support group meets bi-weekly on Mondays from 6:00 -7:00 pm \nThis is a drop-in group with weekly planned topics to facilitate conversation about issues that are important to people living with epilepsy. DESCRIPTION:UPLIFT is a free\, eight-week skill-building program to support people in developing coping strategies to deal with stress\, through mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy. Participants meet once a week for one hour with groups of 5-8 people over Zoom.
