DESCRIPTION:Please join us January 21\, 2020 from 7:00pm – 8:30pm at our support group. \nKatie from The Ketonut will be discussing the keto diet. The Ketonut is a keto bakery that offers baked goods\, meals and keto goodies to keep people on track with this way of eating. All recipes are sugar free and gluten free. Katie also used keto to help her husband with his seizures during his cancer journey. She will discuss what keto is and provide help with food ideas. \nSupport Group takes place on the third Tuesday of every month from 7:00pm – 8:30pm at our office (797 York St\, Unit 3 London\, ON). \n\nPlease RSVP to Nicola at nicola@epilepsyswo.ca.
